This week, Wednesday Coaching will focus on Long Jump (u6-u10). We have had to cancel the advertised Hurdles coaching, but u11-u17 are welcome to join the Long Jump squad. The full season schedule is set out in this schedule.
Please note that there are only a few days remaining to nominate for the Zone Carnival. This is a great event and we encourage all u7+ athletes to enter. The Carnival will be held at the Sylvania Waters Athletic Track over the period 13-15 December. Nomination is via ResultsHQ, and must be completed prior to 4pm on Monday 4th November.
