Week 20 – Friday 13th March
While ground conditions prevented our meet going ahead last Friday, we were pleased to celebrate with our Team who have qualified for the State Track & Field Championships, to be held this weekend at SOPAC. Many thanks to Mayor Kevin Greene who assisted in presenting a gift to each member of the State Team and provided a few words of support.
Wednesday coaching this week is: Discus (u6 – u10) and Long Jump (u11 – u17).
This Friday will be the Week B program (includes 200m and Hurdles).
