Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO)
The MPIO acts as a “sounding board” for a person who feels aggrieved about some situation pertaining to their involvement with the Centre. The MPIO does not investigate, mediate or resolve concerns – that obligation resides with the Centre. The MPIO provides information on options a person may take to have their concern resolved, and in doing that, remains neutral – not taking sides.
